1. Who we are
OKOP (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile top-down war shooter operated by the OKOP team, based in the United States. This policy covers both the Game and this website. If you have questions, contact us at okhmat.anton@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
In the Game
- Nickname — the display name you choose, shown to other players in matches, the killfeed and scoreboards.
- Match statistics — gameplay data such as kills, deaths, captures, wins/losses, class used and progression level.
- Technical connection data — data required to run a real-time match, such as your IP address and approximate latency, processed transiently by our game server.
The Game does not require an account, and we do not ask for your real name, e-mail or phone number to play.
On this website
- Contact form — if you write to us, we collect the name, e-mail address and message you provide.
- Essential cookies / local storage — used only to remember your cookie choice. See our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use it
- To run matches, display nicknames and scores, and maintain fair play and progression.
- To keep the service reliable, prevent abuse and cheating, and diagnose technical problems.
- To answer messages you send us through the contact form.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing & where data goes
- Our own game server. Nicknames, match statistics and connection data are processed by the OKOP game server that we operate, solely to run the game.
- Enquiry handling. Messages sent through the website contact form are delivered to our customer-relationship system so we can reply to you.
- Legal. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the service and its users.
5. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)
- Legitimate interests — running matches, security and anti-cheat, and responding to enquiries.
- Consent — for any non-essential cookies or analytics we may introduce, requested via the cookie banner.
6. Retention
Transient connection data exists only for the duration of a match. Nicknames and match statistics are kept while they are needed to run the game and leaderboards. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, e-mail okhmat.anton@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
OKOP is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Security
Connections to the website use HTTPS, and communication with our servers is protected in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Game evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
